Consisting of modular 8ft by 12ft living units, customizable interior options, and a choice of porch styles, the microSYSTEM^® can create a 100sf storage/garden shed, small office/studio, guest house/cabana, or complete residence. With the addition of connecting porch modules, different units can be linked together to provide a sheltered boardwalk corridor from one building to the next.

Customizable Layout

Each building within the microSYSTEM^® line can be ordered bare or can be fully equipped with a kitchenette including sink, stove, refrigerator, and storage as well as a private bathroom with a pass-thru shower and toilet. Other options include a folding table/desk and chairs, a sofa that converts to a full-size bed with built-in storage, a drop-down twin-size bunk bed, entertainment center and a variety of different storage layouts. While we provide options for critical built-ins such as these we also leave you the flexibility to add your own touches. Each building is unique and custom designed by you.

The microSYSTEM^® line of products is not only easy on the pocket book (with a starting price in the teens) it is also easy on the environment. The efficient layout of the buildings provides maximum usability and flexibility with minimal material and energy consumption as well as site disturbance. Throughout the system environmentally-friendly products are utilized.
