• How do I place an order?

  You can place an order directly through our website or, if you prefer, by calling us toll free at (877) M-FINITY.

• What payment options are available?

  We accept all major credit cards as well as payment by paypal, money order or check. There is a 5-7 business day hold placed on all checks received.

• Do you charge sales tax?

  Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within the state of Illinois.

Shipping

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  If the item you ordered is in stock you should receive it in 1-3 weeks. Out of stock items may take 4-6 weeks to receive them. Once an item is shipped you will receive an email confirming your tracking number and contact information to help you track your shipment. Estimated delivery times for our architectural products will be given upon order.

• Where in the world do you deliver?

  We deliver anywhere within the 48 mainland states of the United States. Standard shipping costs are calculated for you online. For a rate quote to ship outside this area, please call our customer service team at (877) M-FINITY or email us at cutomerservice@m-finity.com.

• What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

  Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage to your order, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If you are present at time of delivery, please note any damage when signing for your item. If possible document any issues with a digital camera. And please keep all of the original packing material for possible return shipping.

• What should I do if I am not fully satisfied with my order?

  We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies and contact us upon receipt. We'll gladly fix it. If you discover you are missing any parts or simply need instructions, we will do what we can to help. At MFINITY, we stand behind the quality of everything we design. • What is your pricing policy?

  All current prices are listed within our website. The listed price, however, does not include shipping costs or federal, state and local sales tax. These costs will be passed onto you as applicable. Pricing, color options, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Please, do not hesitate to call our customer service team at (877) M-FINITY or email us at cutomerservice@m-finity.com.

• What is your order cancellation policy?

  Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of its placement.

• What is your refund policy?

  Although there are no refunds available on our architectural products we gladly offer refunds on any of our furniture and fixtures for whatever reason within 30 days of receipt. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to our production facility. Products must be returned as received – unassembled, without evident damage and in their original packaging; otherwise a restocking fee may be charged. Alternative packing materials must be provided if the outer carton has been worn during the original delivery. Goods must be received in "as-new" condition within 30 days of requesting the return to receive full credit. For orders paid by check, please allow 2 weeks to receive your refund check.

• What is your privacy policy?

  Any personal information, including your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information, that you pass onto us directly, or through our website, is kept in the strictest confidence. We do not share, sell or trade your information to any other companies.
